Individual Therapy
One-on-one sessions tailored to your unique needs. Whether navigating anxiety, perfectionism, processing trauma, or finding your way through a life transition, individual therapy provides a confidential space for healing and growth.
EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process traumatic memories. Rather than talking through every detail, EMDR allows the brain to heal naturally through guided bilateral stimulation.
EMDR Intensives
EMDR Intensives are extended therapy sessions lasting 2 to 4 hours, designed to accelerate the trauma processing that would typically unfold over many weeks of traditional weekly appointments. This format is particularly well-suited for those who want concentrated progress.
Couples Therapy (one or both partners have neurodivergence)
We offer specialized Couples Therapy when neurodivergence is playing a role in your relationship. We create a structured space for partners to work through communication challenges, rebuild trust, and deepen their connection.
Neurodivergence Support
For adults who receive a late-in-life diagnosis of ADHD or autism, therapy can become a place of long-overdue clarity. Together, we make sense of years of feeling different, misunderstood, or out of step with the world. This work focuses on unlearning self-blame, releasing shame, and developing a compassionate understanding of your neurodivergence as something to collaborate with—not overcome. Therapy also supports parents raising neurodivergent children, where the demands can feel relentless and the margin for error painfully small. Many parents arrive feeling chronically inadequate, exhausted, and unsure whether they are “getting it right.” In therapy, we slow this down—making space for realistic expectations, nervous system regulation, and strategies that support both you and your child, while helping you reclaim confidence, steadiness, and self-trust in your role as a parent.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Internal Family Systems recognizes that we all carry different parts within us, each with positive intentions, even when they create patterns that no longer serve us. Through IFS, healing comes from within rather than being imposed from outside.
Life Transitions
Major life transitions can leave you feeling unmoored even when they are positive. Whether navigating marriage, divorce, parenting, professional changes, or menopause, therapy provides grounding during times of upheaval.
Telehealth Sessions
We offer secure telehealth sessions for clients located anywhere in California or Michigan. Many clients find telehealth more convenient and just as effective as in-person sessions.
Walk & Talk Therapy
Walk & Talk Therapy moves the session outside and into nature. Instead of sitting in a traditional office, we walk together in a comfortable outdoor setting while having our conversation. This approach is especially beneficial for neurodivergent clients who often find that movement helps them think more clearly, regulate their nervous system, and open up more naturally. Walking side-by-side can also feel less intense than face-to-face seating, making it easier to explore difficult topics. Sessions follow the same therapeutic framework as traditional sessions -- just with fresh air and forward motion.

CBT
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy identifies and reshapes unhelpful thought patterns that fuel anxiety, depression, and stress.
EMDR / Flash EMDR
Processes traumatic memories so they no longer trigger the same intense emotional responses. Often more efficient than talk therapy alone.
ACT
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy helps you release the struggle with difficult emotions and instead focus on living according to your values.
Narrative Therapy
Helps you examine and reauthor the stories you carry about yourself, separating identity from problem and reclaiming your own narrative.
Existential Therapy
Explores questions of meaning, purpose, and identity. Particularly helpful during life transitions, loss, or periods of deep questioning.
Emotion-Focused
Helps you understand and work with your emotions rather than avoiding them. Especially effective for relationship issues and attachment wounds.
IFS
Internal Family Systems therapy works with the different parts of your inner world, helping you understand protective patterns, heal wounded parts, and restore balance from a place of compassion and Self-leadership.
Certifications & Training
Insurance & Payment
We are a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. However, we provide superbills after each session that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients find this process straightforward, and we are happy to walk you through it.
